Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend. No exceptions will be made, including for infants, children, or minors in strollers or carriers. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) will be required upon entry.
Alcohol Consumption
LAWFF promotes the responsible enjoyment of alcoholic beverages. If at any point you are unable to safely operate a vehicle, please notify a team member to help arrange transportation or rideshare support.
Beverage Policy
No alcoholic beverages—open or unopened—may be brought into or taken out of any LAWFF venue. All service and consumption must occur within designated festival areas.
Credentials & Access
Festival passes and credentials must be worn visibly at all times. Entry to any venue or event without proper credentials is prohibited. LAWFF is not responsible for lost or stolen passes and will not issue replacements.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. In the rare case of a full event cancellation without a rescheduled date, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by all festival rules, including health and safety guidelines, venue regulations, and behavioral expectations.
Lost or Stolen Property
LAWFF is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or personal property during the event.
Photography, Video & Media Use
By attending LAWFF, you grant the festival and its partners the perpetual right to use your name, voice, likeness, and image for promotional, advertising, and media purposes in any format or platform, without compensation. All recordings and content captured at LAWFF are the property of the festival.
Expected Behavior
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward others and to maintain a safe, inclusive, and celebratory environment. Please be mindful of your surroundings and alert festival staff if you witness any unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund:
- Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or offensive conduct
- Physical intimidation or threats
- Lewd or obscene language or behavior
- Possession of weapons or illegal substances
- Vandalism or destruction of property
- Unauthorized alcohol consumption or intoxication
- Smoking outside designated areas
- Any activity deemed disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe by LAWFF management
LAWFF reserves the right to involve law enforcement if necessary and will take appropriate action to ensure a safe event experience for all.
Promotion Terms (If Applicable)
If ticket promotions, discounts, or cardholder benefits are offered (e.g., branded partner credit card promotions), terms will be disclosed at time of purchase. Offers cannot be combined and may exclude certain events.
