Chef Rashida Holmes centers her culinary philosophy on taste, value, and efficiency, believing that when these elements align, love transcends onto the plate. Beginning her career in Baltimore in 2008, she gained diverse experience working with the James Beard-nominated Big Burrito group in Pittsburgh and later as Chef de Cuisine at Terrine in West Hollywood. After stints at Freehand hotel and Botanica, Holmes launched the pop-up concept Bridgetown Roti in 2019, celebrating her Afro-Caribbean roots, earning accolades, and recently being nominated as a James Beard Finalist for Emerging Chef 2023.
