A native of Washington state, Tiffany's first high school job was washing dishes in a neighborhood restaurant. From there she worked her way into the kitchen and up the line. Nearly a decade in San Francisco restaurants trained her in various cuisines, and 5 years as the private dining chef at Brennan's in New Orleans honed her skills for event catering. Tiffany now brings her extensive fine dining experience and booming presence to our kitchen. She and Chef Cordelia share a common love of talking about food endlessly, and of making tacos from any and all available leftovers. In her off hours Tiffany collects esoteric cookbooks, plans her next tattoo, and cuddles with her cat Haruki.
