Alex Guarnaschelli

Chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli, daughter of cookbook editor Maria Guarnaschelli, began her culinary journey in France, working in top restaurants like Guy Savoy's three-star kitchen. After training under Larry Forgione, she returned to the U.S., excelling in kitchens like Daniel Boulud's and Joachim Splichal's. In 2003, she became the executive chef at Butter Restaurant, showcasing her eclectic menu. Guarnaschelli's achievements include winning "The Next Iron Chef: Redemption" in 2012 and becoming a Food Network mainstay, judging "Chopped" and co-hosting "The Kitchen."
