Thomas Lim, Culinary Partner at Wish You Were Here Group, hails from Australia and began his culinary journey in his uncle's Chinese restaurant in Perth. After working in high-profile Sydney restaurants, including Tetsuya’s, he opened the acclaimed Duke in 2010. Lim later joined forces with Nick Mathers to open Dudley’s in New York, and now oversees the menus at popular Wish You Were Here Group establishments in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas, including Little Ruby's Cafe, Élephante, Kassi Beach House, and more. A Zagat 30 under 30, Lim brings his fresh and approachable culinary style to the group's growing catalog.
